Brokermint is our online transaction management platform. Here you will create and manage all your transactions with checklists, notifications, forms for downloading to use when meeting clients, and e-signature.
Follow the link to watch the various Brokermint training videos that are Avast specific and from the Brokermint website. Videos are not longer than 5 minutes so you can watch all them in one sitting.

HomeStack manages the Avast Realty Mobile App. You should receive an email with your account login and password information and a link to download the App.

• Make a copy of your commission check.
• Deposit the commission check into Avast Realty’s account at Regions Bank (call the office for the account number)
• Write your name and the property address on the bottom of the Regions Bank Deposit Receipt.
• Upload & submit the copy of the commission check, deposit receipt, your completed Commission Disbursement Form including your bank account information, and all Closing documents into Brokermint within 24 hours.
• Email Lenda and notify her of your closing and that documents have been uploaded and submitted. lwagner@avastrealty.com
• **If the closing attorney wishes to wire your commission, please have them wire it to Regions Bank.
• For you to get paid on Wednesdays: Monies must be deposited into our account at Regions Bank by 4:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the previous week.
• For you to get paid on Fridays: Monies must be deposited into our account at Regions Bank by 4:00pm on Monday or Tuesday of that week.

GUIDELINES FOR TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS
LACK OF COMPLIANCE CAN RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO MEET WITH YOUR BROKER AND BEING PUT ON A 70/30 SPLIT.
• Monthly dues are drafted from your bank account on file the first day of each month. Dues are late after the 5th and subject to a $50 penalty.
• Our Administrative Fee of $150 is drafted from your bank account on file twice per year in mid-April and mid-September.
• Should your address, phone number, bank account or credit card information change, please fill out an Agent Information Change Form (found in Brokermint library in the OTHER FORMS folder and email it to operations@avastrealty.com
